OUR requirements
Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in UX/UI design, including independent execution of complex projects, making design decisions, and collaborating with product and technology teams.
Proficiency in Figma and its advanced features: components, auto-layout, styles, variants, prototyping, sharing, and team collaboration.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – the ability to edit and prepare graphic assets, especially in the context of gaming projects and user interfaces.
Practical experience in conducting the full design process: from analysis and identifying user and business needs, through creating wireframes and prototypes, to testing and iteration.
Experience in creating and developing coherent, scalable design systems used in complex digital products.
Ability to create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to support testing, presentations, and collaboration with developers.
Ability to analyze business goals and adapt UX/UI solutions to support conversion, retention, and overall product performance.
Experience in presenting design concepts to clients, the ability to defend design decisions, gather feedback, and flexibly implement changes.
Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to have: experience in iGaming industry.
Your tasks
Collaboration with Project/Product Managers, developers, and clients to define user needs and project goals.
Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Leading or participating in user research, usability testing, and interviews.
Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries.
Supporting developers during project implementation to ensure high visual and functional quality.
Following current trends, tools, and best practices in the UX/UI field.
Supporting pre-sales activities or discovery workshops as needed.
