requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Project Management,
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence (required),
  • Skillful risk management and prioritizing the backlog of tasks,
  • PO/SM certificate (would be a plus),
  • Experience with work in SCRUM/KANBAN methodology,
  • Experience with work in an international team,
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills,
  • Excellent English skills (min. B2 level – written and spoken),
  • Excellent Polish skills (fluent or native).

You will be mainly focusing on

  • Managing all the development lifecycle phases,
  • Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation,
  • Monitoring the project budget & track the project schedule,
  • Maintaining cooperation with the client,
  • Preparing project reports and documentation,
  • Planning resources for the projects with the schedule manager,
  • Analyzing and managing the project’s risks,
  • Facilitating internal meetings and moderating external meetings,
  • Reporting the project progress to the management board,
  • Improving processes inside the team and company,
  • Sharing knowledge inside the company
