requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in mobile application development,
  • Practical knowledge of Flutter, Dart, RxDart, Futures & Streams, flutter_hooks, get_it, and dio,
  • Practical knowledge of Android SDK and/or iOS SDK,
  • Experience in developing native Android/iOS applications,
  • Familiarity with writing native SDKs and/or Flutter plugins is a plus,
  • Hands-on experience with architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, BLoC),
  • A Clean Architecture approach to development,
  • Strong understanding of the app build process and platform-specific configurations (CocoaPods, Gradle),
  • Practical knowledge of the app publishing process for both Android and iOS platforms,
  • Experience in Unit Testing,
  • Highly developed communication skills (both client-facing and internal),
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills,
  • Business-oriented mindset (focused on delivering value to the client),
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

You will be focusing mainly on

  • Developing software in accordance with project requirements and standards regarding naming conventions, code formatting, documentation (code comments), and overall quality of deliverables,
  • Creating tests and technical documentation for completed programming tasks,
  • Implementing changes and new features within the product,
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of implemented product components,
  • Expanding knowledge of the products, technologies, and systems within your area of responsibility,
  • Troubleshooting technical failures and performing root cause analysis.
