requirements
- Experience in People Management: Minimum 1+ year of experience in leading a technical team or acting as a mentor/Team Lead
- Technical Background: Strong professional background in backend technologies, mainly TypeScript/Java and understanding of DevOps work to effectively evaluate competencies and support pre-sales,
- Recruitment Experience: Practical knowledge of how to verify technical skills and assess cultural fit during recruitment interviews,
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams, HR, and business stakeholders,
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to act as the “first line of support” and resolve conflicts or roadblocks within the team,
- Pre-sales Experience: Previous experience in preparing technical estimates or participating in client meetings during the sales phase,
- Proactive approach to process improvement (onboarding, knowledge sharing).
You will be focusing mainly on
PRE-SALES
- Supporting the pre-sales process for new projects,
- Managing Presales tasks – DoD, timeline, statuses, history, etc,
- Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team,
- Participating in internal communication around pre-sales topics,
- Ensuring proper quality of delivered outcomes according to internal standards and procedures,
- Managing task execution based on assigned priorities,
- Managing pre-sales team allocation and aligning with delivery managers in case of shortages or significant support needed.
TEAM LEADER
- Building and maintaining an effective team structure by actively participating in recruitment processes, consulting on competency needs, and conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members,
- Consulting and supporting the Head of Delivery & Engineering Manager in project allocation, ensuring tasks match the skills and competencies of team members,
- Participating in and coordinating performance evaluation processes for direct reports,
- Serving as the first line of support for team members in resolving day-to-day issues,
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members,
- Ensuring clear communication within the team and across other company departments,
- Reporting to supporting functions (Delivery, HR) regarding challenges, opportunities, and the development potential of employees within projects,
- Building a cross-project technological knowledge base.
