requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, Knowledge of the iGaming market is a plus, Familiarity with CRM, Proven track record in acquiring and managing clients, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment, Ability to work independently as well as in a team, Fluent English (C1) and Polish, Willingness to travel abroad for business trips and to our office in Krakow.

YOU WILL BE FOCUSING MAINLY ON

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients, Qualifying leads as sales opportunities, Managing the sales funnel in CRM, Engaging in presales activities, Presenting CrustLab to potential clients during online/offline meetings, Identifying client needs and creating collaboration proposals, Guiding clients through every stage of the sales process, from first contact to contract signing, Preparing offers and contracts, Creating a positive client experience through professional collaboration, Achieving agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines, Coordinating sales activities with team members and other departments, Negotiating contract terms with potential clients, Monitoring the market and competition to identify new business opportunities, Regularly reporting sales results and progress toward goals.
