requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry (specifically within a software house environment)
- Strong command of Agile methodologies, project management principles, Scrum, and Kanban
- Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- An analytical and product-led approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach (“can-do attitude”)
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish
- Nice to have: Experience in managing products within the iGaming industry
You will be focusing mainly on
- Managing the product development process with full accountability for the product
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Leading and supporting the team in achieving their goals
- Working closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a finished product
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance and metrics
- Working in alignment with Scrum methodology, including active participation in team ceremonies
