requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role in a software house/startup environment,
• Knowledge of best practices and principles of agile project management methodologies,
• Familiarity with tools: Atlassian (Jira + Confluence), Slack, G-suite, Miro (or similar tools), ClickUp, Clockify (or other time trackers),
• Excellent organization of personal and team work (setting priorities, goals),
• Ability to delegate tasks,
• Ability to develop process documentation,
• Conflict resolution skills,
• Teamwork skills – collaboration with the Delivery department, Client, Leader, and Project Account,
• Communication skills – clear and precise communication both orally and in writing,
• Flexibility in task execution – clients may require an individualized approach to project management,
• Expectation management skills,
• Proactivity in undertaking actions for internal improvements,
• Ability and willingness to share knowledge,
• Fluent knowledge of English (minimum C1) and Polish.

You will be focusing mainly on

• Managing project budget – in T&M and Fixed Price models,
• Managing task scope – refining the scope with the client, gathering requirements, translating them into team requirements,
• Managing time – developing task execution roadmaps,
• Reporting – to the client and stakeholders, as well as internally to the leader and the Delivery department,
• Organizing project meetings – facilitation, coordination, preparing summaries,
• Identifying and managing project risks,
• Conducting 1:1 meetings with project team members.
