requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, at least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience of working as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst/Business Tech Advisor
- Good knowledge of Scrum – proven by a certification (PSM, PSPO or other)
- Process approach to work and a numerical approach to management
- Very good understanding of the software development cycle (Scrum, Scrumban)
- Very good knowledge of Agile development
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent English skills (C1)
You will be focusing mainly on
- Managing the operations part of the company
- Reviewing the results of Operations department
- Managing the timetables and budgets of projects
- Taking care of the margin level of projects
- Tracking of the key performance indicators related to the operations
- Building the internal knowledge database and overseeing the actions regarding knowledge transfer within the company
- Coordinating the workflow between recruitment and operations
- Creating and implementing consistent processes in projects – building roadmaps and processes related to the delivery of services within the company
- Resource planning within the company
- Defining company standards regarding software development
- Reporting of free resources and coordinating the sales department actions related to that field
- You will be closely collaborating with people from other departments, such as CEO, CTO, Head of People & Culture, Business tech Advisors, Lead Project Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Finances

- In case of success, as this is a crucial role in the organization, you’ll talk with Adam, our CEO (1,5h).
