Your responsibilities as a Senior Java Developer:
- Breaking down architecture into tasks that allow developers to implement solutions
- Providing technical guidance for team members around DDD and Java
- Contributing to the development of our projects
- Creating new features based on user stories or tasks
- Ongoing improvements of the technical side of our projects
- Setting development and review standard
- Participating in Architecture Design sessions
- Contributing to a full life-cycle of the product
- Recognizing upcoming trends and applying them to the projects
- Following the Scrum model of work management by taking part in meetings with your team
What should be your profile as Senior Java Developer?
- Hands-on experience with Java, clean code writing practices and project patterns (8 years)
- Experience in team-leadership
- Knowledge of backend frameworks and cloud solutions
- Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices
- Ability to conduct code reviews regarding internal standards
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) and Polish
- Proactive mindset – a can-do attitude
