The position is for you if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum
- Strong understanding of modern tech stack and software development cycle
- Analytical and product-oriented mindset
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude
- Strong command of English (min C1) and Polish
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Managing the product development process – with full ownership of the product
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Guiding the team to reaching set goals
- Working closely with a client to understand their vision and translate it into product
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance
- Following the Scrum model of work management by taking part in meetings with your team
